On September 1 2010 Apple introduced the new ipod lineup iPod Touch 4g got the cameras, A4 Chip and beautiful Retina Display. iPod Nano got the touch screen and apple got rid with the click wheel. iPod Shuffle on the other hand got voiceover and navigation buttons.
I am really please with the shuffle and touch. The ipod touch got a beautiful display and got some power. However i am not that much impressed with the camera quality on this ipod. However other than that this is a beautiful device,
Talking about Shuffle, its got a really nice build quality just like the ipod touch and is just amazing device when it comes to MP3 Players. The voiceover features works beautifully.
iPods Refresh Rumors:
Lets talk about ipod touch.
I would really like if apple improves the camera quality. Secondly they will upgrade the RAM from 256MB to 512MB as seen on iphone 4. They may give a color choice of White, just like iPads. iPod Touch will also get the A5 Processor which is dual Core Chip.
iPod Shuffle.
I really dont think there would be any major changes in this ipod lineup. Maybe more storage as iPod Shuffle is only available at 2Gb model. Redesign can also be a possibility.
iPod Nano.
in early 2011, there were some rumors of the next generation ipod nano to have a camera. Lets see if it gets it.
So these are my opinions on the next iPod Lineup. Lets see what we will get.
